The Full Story

I try to always do my very best. If I’m going to do my best, it should be for a place where I can get 100% behind their purpose. The Ridge is that place for me, because what bigger purpose is there than to support what God wants to do in our community?

What I Do

In December 2014, I was hired as the Administrative Assistant to the Connections Pastor and the Operations Pastor. When we added a Communications Director, I became the Admin for that role, too. I also do a lot of other stuff for a lot of other people. I like to help. I like to make things tick. It’s what I do.

What I love about this job is that I feel like I'm being utilized where I’m gifted. I’m a very organized person, have a Graphic Design degree, and a scary-good memory, which have all served me well in this role.

Life Before The Ridge

Before coming to The Ridge, I was the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Elementary Education at BCSC for four years.

When I'm Not at Work, I…

…am reading the latest suspense novel, taking photos, spending time with my family, crafting, or swinging on the porch.

Something that May Surprise You

I was diagnosed with cataracts at the age of 35 and so I have to wear glasses because of this -- my eyeballs think they’re 80.
